Buyers: please understand that you are expected to sign either a Buyer Agency or Transaction Brokerage Agreement that ensures Your Agent will get paid for the services You receive. IN ADVANCE of showing you each and any property, Your Agent has to determine how much compensation, IF ANY, is being offered by each Seller (through a written compensation agreement with the Listing Agency), so you know if-and-what agency professional fees will be YOUR responsibility if you choose any particular home. You may be responsible for None of, Some of, or All of Your Agent's compensation, depending on the house.
